To create a new repeater entry
    A) To create a new user account Click to create a user account
    B) Create a new repeater using Edit My Repeaters

To modify an existing repeater
    A) To create a new user account Click to create a new user account
    B) Request access to an existing repeater Click to Create Access Request to Existing Repeater
        (The approval process is manual, so give us a few days to approve your account. You will receive notification at the registered email address.)
    C) Edit your existing repeater or create a new one with Edit My Repeaters
