Another D-STAR repeater is born in Georgia. WR4DH C was activated on its Gateway this morning. The repeater is located in Gray,  ust NE of  Macon. Coverage is expected to cover Macon plus north and south on I-75. WR4DH C is operating on 145.040 +1.4 MHz.

Thanks to Don Helton (WM4F), the repeater owner, and Clay Lord (KD4IEZ) for getting the repater on the air and connected to a Gateway. Please sare any coverage reports you have.

We have also found that the Gray repeater is usable mobile in the Warner Robins area and south to the north Perry bypass. I can access it from home, halfway between Warner Robins and Perry and 29 miles from the repeater, with my IC80AD at five watts on an outside 3db gain antenna at twenty feet.
